Let our Property Matchmakers use a combination of online listings, open houses, and other marketing techniques to get the word out about your property. Working with our professional photographer partner, we will take high-quality photos to showcase your home. We will take care of booking in viewings and work them around the schedule that suits you!
Once you receive offers on your home, work with your Property Matchmaker to negotiate the agreed amount. Your Property Matchmaker will qualify all offers to ensure no time-wasting! As soon as an offer has been accepted, we will pass you to our Conveyancing Partner who will handle the legal side and work with your buyer to determine exchange and completion dates.
To close the sale, you will need to sign legal documents transferring ownership of the property to the new buyer. You may also need to address any final details, such as repairs or inspections, before completing the sale.
